The location of the hotel was peaceful. The room had pleasant decor and a private balcony. The staff were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful.

The location is marvellous and beautiful, 1 mile from a run aquarium. It's just next door to good restaurant, club and café, Close to bars, and marina and cruises. The tapas restaurant for a buffet breakfast is what you need.

Had the twin room which was relaxing with a comfy bed. The location right on the marina for whale watching tours was stunning and awesome.

This place has spacious rooms with full kitchens and a stunning view, located right on the pier with a lovely spot overlooking the marina.

Brilliant location - superb view and very convenient to shops, to the connection to Fraser Island and to the coach to meet the train in Maryborough West

Immaculately clean place with a relaxing view of the marina. Very good service from the competent, friendly, and efficient staff members.- Great to have a tapas restaurant for dinner and breakfasts.

There was quite a lot of noise constantly from an extractor fan in a restaurant below our room which made sitting on the balcony unpleasant.

Heated pool, marvellous location close to shops and eateries. Functional room, good breakfast.

Good deal on a room with all you need like a shower, hairdryer, and big bath towels. The location is quiet and convenient, just a 15-minute stroll to the Botanic Gardens 🌿.

wheelbarrow restaurant service very poor. two single beds pushed together to make a queen/king (you could feel the gap) lack of oven in room. room could do with updating in the near future. getting a little dated

Quality accomm in a great location

We had a wonderful four-day stay with friendly staff, a fantastic location, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view from our room.

Ease of access to local resturants . The counter staff were friendly & helpful .

The cost of in house movies . I have stayed at a large range of resorts , motels & hotels Australia wide , & have found it to be a nice & clean place but could offer a bit more to accomodate those rainy days !!! I did upgrade to a 1 bedroom app but found the bed room wasnt airconed & the main aircon unit was a tad loud . The TV in the main arear didnt have the best reception . The gym could of been better also . A few Austar channels wouldnt go astray & was a limited choice of channels .

Very friendly and helpful staff, particularly at reception. Comfortable rooms and kings size bed. Nice restaurants with great food nearby.

1) Location - the marina is very nice and relaxing. However, the beach is not within walking distance and there are limited shops and no grocery store at the marina. I recommend hiring a car if planning to stay at least 4 nights. 2) Servicing of rooms - the rooms are serviced for minimum stays of 8 nights. You can request for your room to be serviced if you are staying less than 8 nights, however, a fee applies. However, fresh towels, coffee/tea, additional toiletries (e.g. soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc) can be supplied at no charge upon request. It would be better if rooms were serviced regularly (e.g. mid week) regardless of number of nights staying at the hotel.
